Cancellations, Substitutions and Refund Policies

Refunds

  • The cost of registration includes a non-refundable processing fee of $50 per registrant.
  • No refunds will be given on purchased lunches after April 15, 2019 due to catering contractual obligations. You may ask that your lunch be donated.
  • No refunds will be granted after Sunday, May 12, 2019.
  • You may send a substitute in your place if you cannot attend. Should you wish to transfer your registration to another person, instead of cancelling, you may do so by calling the office at 651-523-1645. There is no additional fee involved.
  • Every effort is made to provide the listed schedule of events. Should a Speaker cancel due to transportation problems beyond the control of the Speaker, illness, or unforeseen emergency; the Festival will make every attempt to fill the allotted time with an appropriate substitute.

  • Registration is required for all to participate in workshops, lectures, worship services and evening events.
  • American Express, MasterCard, Visa,and check all accepted as payment methods.
  • Daily registration will become available on April 1, 2019.
