Cancellations, Substitutions, and Refunds
The cost of registration includes a non-refundable processing fee of $50 per registrant.
No refunds will be given on purchased lunches after April 15, 2020 due to catering contractual obligations. You may ask that your lunch be donated.
No refunds will be granted after Sunday, May 17, 2020.
You may send a substitute in your place if you cannot attend. Should you wish to transfer your registration to another person, instead of cancelling, you may do so by calling the office at 651-523-1645. There is no additional fee involved.
Every effort is made to provide the listed schedule of events. Should a Speaker cancel due to transportation problems beyond the control of the Speaker, illness, or unforeseen emergency; the Festival will make every attempt to fill the allotted time with an appropriate substitute.
Should there be a bomb threat, terrorism, social disturbance or unrest, pandemic, structural collapse, loss of power, natural disaster: there will be no relocation, no rescheduling, no refunds or cancellations. All information concerning the details will be shared via email.
