"Preaching as Moral Imagination"

Second Sunday of Lent Reflection

God is not far away, sitting on a throne in the heavens, occasionally looking to see what his creation is up to. God is present in, with, and among us and the rest of the world, so much so that he came as Jesus, Incarnate. As you continue dwelling in God's Word and gathering with other people of faith this Lent, never lose sight of the Holy Spirit at work in your communities.

Each day this week, take a moment to reflect on the ways in which you've seen the face of Christ in others and the Spirit at work -- perhaps you could journal, paint, or draw as a part of this reflection each day. And at the end of the week, consider if and how this reflection has made a difference in your Lenten journey.
