Speaker Profile: Barbara Lundblad

Bio

Barbara Kay Lundblad has taught at Yale Divinity School, Princeton Theological Seminary, Hebrew Union College and the Association of Chicago Theological Schools. She will be teaching at Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago in spring 2015.  She is a frequent speaker at the Festival of Homiletics and preacher on the Day1 radio program.

Speaker Profile: Michael Curry

Bio

Michael Bruce Curry was elected 11th Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of North Carolina on February 11, 2000. He was consecrated on June 17, 2000, in Duke Chapel on the campus of Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. Born in Chicago, Illinois, on March 13, 1953, Bishop Curry attended public schools in Buffalo, New York, and graduated with high honors from Hobart College in Geneva, New York, in 1975. He received a Master of Divinity degree in 1978 from Yale University Divinity School.

Bio

The Reverend Doctor Eunjoo Mary Kim is Professor of Homiletics and Liturgics at Iliff School of Theology in Denver. Colorado. She has taught a variety of courses in the areas of preaching, worship, and practical theology. Her scholarly concern is with the development of the theology and method of preaching and worship, relevant to contemporary ministerial contexts. Her recent research topics are intercultural hermeneutics, worship in multicultural contexts, and issues emerging from globalization.
