Venue #4 - St. Paul's Lutheran and Catholic Community of Faith

The vibrant and welcoming St. Paul's Lutheran and Catholic Community of Faith will host workshops during the 2015 Festival of Homiletics. We will be here Tuesday - Thursday from 8am-4pm, as no evening activities will be taking place here. We are blessed to have them as one of the venues for this year's festival.

Speaker Profile: Richard Ward

Bio

Richard F. Ward received his B.A. from Oklahoma Baptist University, his M.F.A. from Trinity University (in conjunction with the Dallas Theater Center), a M.A.R. from Christian Theological Seminary and a Ph.D. from Northwestern University.

Ward is Professor of Homiletics and Worship at Phillips Theological Seminary, where he holds the Fred B. Craddock Chair. Richard brings to the study of preaching a rich background in performance studies and practices. He is particularly interested in the arts
