Nashville

Our third venue is the beautiful historic cathedral Christ Church of Nashville!

“Almighty God, you made us in your image and call us to share in the renewal of this world: Inspire us to seek and serve Christ in all persons, that the proclamation of your Good News in our worship, in our words, and in our work may lead us into the fullness of your love; through him who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever. Amen.” – Christ Church Cathedral Parish Mission Prayer

Organized in 1829 Christ church was Nashville’s first Episcopal parish. The present Victorian Gothic church, designed by Francis Hatch Kimball of New York opened for services on December 16, 1894; the tower, by local architect Russell E. Hart was added in 1947. Christ Church Cathedral was designated the Cathedral for the Diocese of Tennessee at the 1995 Diocesan Convention.

Please join us in Nashville this spring and enjoy the beauty and history of our third festival venue – Christ Church Cathedral.
